Charging and care
Charge before first use. Plug the USB-C cable into the power tab and any USB charger. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Not for swimming or baths. Dry the port before charging.

Free tracked shipping on every order. Orders leave our fulfilment partner in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 5 to 11 business days later. You have 30 days from delivery to return. Faulty or wrong items are on us. For a change of mind, return it unused at your cost and we refund the item.

Use a soft tape around the neck where the collar sits. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one. The strap adjusts across the range.

How long does a charge last?
The supplier rates it at about 1 hour to charge for roughly 10 to 12 hours of light. For most dogs that covers a week or more of evening walks. It charges with the USB-C cable in the box from any phone charger, laptop or power bank.
Can my dog wear it in the rain?
Yes. It is water resistant, so rain, puddles and wet grass are fine. Take it off for swimming or baths, and dry the charging port before you plug it in.
Which size should I get?
Measure around your dog's neck where the collar sits, then add about an inch for two fingers of room. XS fits 9.8 to 11.8 in, S fits 11.8 to 15.7 in, M fits 15.7 to 19.7 in, L fits 19.7 to 23.6 in. If you are between sizes, go up one.
Does it replace my normal collar?
It can. It has a quick release buckle and a metal D ring for the leash. Some owners keep their usual collar for ID tags and add the Glow Collar for walks after dark.

What if it does not fit or my dog hates it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. If it arrives faulty or the wrong item, we cover the fix. For a change of mind, send it back unused (return postage is on you) and we refund the item.
